Vertical Blue is the name of William Trubridge’s freediving team and Apnea Academy freediving school based on Long Island, in the Bahamas. Courses are held in the stunning waters of Dean’s Blue Hole, where William trains for world record attempts.

From end January to mid February 2008, Koh Lanta will host a freediving meeting…first of the kind ever organised in Thailand before.
Koh Lanta is in the Andaman sea, west part of the country between Myanmar and Malaysia.
The Island is beautifull and offers all the conditions to host this encounter. Out in the warm sea, flora and fauna are trully amazing.
Everybody is welcome. Nevertheless the main objective of the organisers is to have the Thai freedivers coming and the ones living in the neighbooring countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia…
